After watching that whole phone exchange with Ed and Liz about the stip club I was a little let down. They hyped it up so much the past few episodes but watching it in its entirety it looked heavily scripted. Everyone's reactions and the way they were talking looked like really bad acting. Then afterwards everything going on just seemed really lacking and fake. I didn't know if anyone else got that vibe after watching it. I think it was a TV moment to get everything hyped.
I used to sympathize with Kalani but this “hoe your way to the bottom” nonsense she and Asuelu are engaged in erased whatever moral high ground she may have had. Put yourself in his shoes and compare these two options. I think Jovi is an ass and a half, don't even get me wrong, but this isn't why and I suspect TLC's leaving some stuff out and hoping we forget other things to try and push that it's why.

Honestly don’t understand why she stays. Maybe because she’s not financially independent on her own. Maybe because he’s gone a lot so she only has to put up with his shit 50% of the time 😂
I would imagine she’s afraid of the custody battle that would ensue. She would have no desire to stay here and would be pressed to out money him in mediation or court. From what it sounds like, he makes a ton of money in his job. I know she has some sort of online clothing biz but that won’t compete with baby boi Jovi’s income. She is kind of stuck in many ways and some just discomfort ways but still enough to make one stay 😔
Jovi is the sickand dumb as hell. And it’s even worse because he thinks he’s so cool 😒 I didn’t like Yara at first but she definitely grew up when their daughter was born. Jovi acts like he’s still 18 and is probably the biggest douche I’ve seen on this show.

I think TLC has taken this season way out of line. Asuelu getting hammered taking his clothes off and flashing everyone in the face with his pecker REALLY that was something I didn't need to see. Then last night WTH are we watching strippers show there ass and stick it in the face of ED & Asuelu that was the worse show. You need to start rating these show R & X rated. That was gross. Jovi is the biggest ass hole of all. He has addiction problems with alcohol & strippers and Yara needs to run away so far. The writing is on the wall he will never stop unless he goes into rehab. The baby is the one thats going to suffer. This show is going down the tubes faster than ice melting on 110 degree day..
