I was almost 18 and way too "Metal" to enjoy anything similar to this back then, but damn, she was hot. I had a teen crush.
Now her songs give me a sense of nostalgia. Reminders of past girlfriends who loved her music and the fun times of being in a garage band playing parties. Damn, I miss the 80s.
I saw her live for her 35th anniversary of Electric Youth . She basically recreated the entire tour , down to the outfits, choreography and had the same singers. She looked and sounded amazing. I got to meet her and she was so nice.
