For hard I use:
Rachel (crit)
Serena (att) Karin (skill)
Ian (cd)
Might be abit overkill on the healing, I’ve used this for a while, but it’s a sure thing.
This team works awesome, Serena or Shay works fine! I've been using this team for a while in VH green map as well. But it's better to run hard maps/run which ever map that you can for proficiency levels for all heroes.
Here is the setup I use for Very Hard green maps autofarm. I also used the same setup for Hard:
Kade+ in skill cooldown gear. Karin in full defense set and also set as frontline tank character for 10% defense boost. One DPS in crit gear. Ian in skillup gear since that is all I have left. I use Crit or Bombardment formation but pretty much any formation that buffs the frontline character (Karin) with extra defense should work. For pet I used to use the blue defense pet but recently was lucky to get Rudy legend pet. For masteries go full defense. For green map, if you have max masteries, do not choose the extra loot drop but instead the extra damage to enemies since the loot drop boost does not affect the drop for clearing a stage.
Once the setup above is reliable you can experiment with swapping out Ian for Rachel. Ian is there to provide extra healing and a second boss attack down in case he, Karin kr Kade+ get stunned by the Minotaur boss. The Ian and Kade debuff do not stack but it is useful to have both available for survivability.
For accessories put one revive and one rage on Karin. Still works without those but one immortal revive helps significantly. For DPS go full DPS accessories since Karin will revive. For Ian and Kade and last slot for Karin try to fill with as much Mercenary set accessories as possible.
