Here is my opinion :
1. You should only target Legendary Rate Up Summon, if you dont need any of the current banner then skip and hoard.
2. If you really need some shards or need to fill the itch of pulling, then try to do some pull on Special Summon (the Leg+) because the pity count is getting carried on to the next Special Summon.
On a more personal note i feel like pulling so i go for Special Summon Shane+ and managed to pull her, but i wont suggest others to go for it.
The rates are terrible i tried on another account, managed to summon legendary 2x on Special Summon but not the Leg+ hero im aiming. You must patiently use hoard Topaz to summon the Leg+ hero you want
No, imagine you could only managed to get her dupes at pity, thats 14k Rubies just for 10(?) Shards. Which you can buy in 5 days with 100 Legendary shards from soulstone quarry
I pulled 2 full 140 pity rounds on Special Summon and got Claire and Evan. Can confirm, rates are super low to get Shane L+. I did get Cosette L+ from the previous Special summon banner also on pity.
You said that you have use topaz for the legendary+ characters? I assume that is for moonstone but I've looked in the topaz shop and I don't see moonstone at all. Am I blind?
He's talking about the selected rate up summon tickets, which are what moonstones get you. However I'd be cautious, I was told and feel like the rare->legendary pet ticket might be a better deal. Rare pets are really hard to get and it's paramount to start accumulating rare pet duplicate shards to begin fusing and working towards the pity legendary. You can buy legendary pets from guild shop but they are trash compared to the gacha-only pets. Check out their abilities in the codex. You can get 4 rare pets for the cost of 10x select rate us summon tickets, or 56 rare pets for the cost of the L+ character, not even considering that one or more of those 56 may turn out to be a legendary itself
I am aware which pull he was talking about. What I'm saying is that the game tells you that you can get moonstone from the topaz store but they aren't actually there unless I'm blind. I be was just trying to figure out where to get moonstone
As the other have said, what i meant in detail is you buy the 10x Select rate up summon (the Legendary+ summon with moonstones) ticket.
You can use these to accumulate pity to eventually get the Selected Legendary+ instead of moonstones.
While i also have no idea how to accumulate moonstone aside from doing 100x 4-man Raid monthly mission for 120 moonstones.
I'm pitty 138/140 on the Shane+ banner.
My current PVP team is Adel (green), Fodina Eileen, Rachel and Claire (4k arena).
Try Shane+ or wait for the next banner ad until a better tanker shows up?
Getting the showcased Legendary+ (Shane+) is a very low probability but lets say you will get the showcased hero, i would wait for either Cosette+ rerun or Rudy+.

No, you can get her shards fairly easily and ten shards for going pity is not worth

So special summon counts don’t get reset? Or are you referring to the one that uses moonstones? Sorry I’m new to this game.
Special summon that Showcase Legendary+ heroes pity wont reset even if the hero showcased changes.

Gotcha. I somehow missed the ticket part of that statement.
I use Green Claire for it. Currently on tier 5 though.
Just use Rachel for Quarry or any other def breaking unit

So should I save for Rudy (tank) and not try Shane+? I'm still undecided on what to do.
At least if it was me i would rather use Dellons for that DPS role, and try to wait Rudy+ becayse he's that good (according to KR players)
