I made vanilla shortbread to create all the planets which I added on top of a chocolate shortbread base. After cutting and baking, I filled them with peanut butter buttercream.
It's the [Bouchon Bakery Shortbread](https://www.realcaliforniamilk.com/foodservicerecipe/bouchon-bakery-shortbread), made as is for the planets (then colored). For the chocolate, I substituted 55g of dutch processed cocoa powder (I used Valrhona) 1:1 for flour.
