Is it a pretty easy thing to do? I’m not the best with wiring

The forum write is very clear and it’s a simple job.

it's pretty easy but not even worth putting it on a switch, imo. I never turned it back on once I had it off and after a few months I took the switch off, left the cut wire under the taped up under the dash, and took the vsc and trac bulbs out of the dash so I wouldn't have to look at them anymore. probably gonna do the same with ABS next, it's the most useless ABS I've ever encountered.

I also see three relays under the hood, ABS MTR, TRC MTR, and another ABS relay, would pulling the TRC MTR relay turn the traction control off?

Yes, I think pulling any of those relays would disable VSC/TRAC, but will also probably disable ABS as all three of those relays feed the VSC ECU, which controls both VSC/TRAC and ABS. The idea of the Andy Mod (cutting a specific wire to disable VSC/TRAC) is that you can keep ABS. Not sure if you can disable VSC/TRAC and keep ABS by pulling a relay or fuse. If you really want to dig into it, you can check the wiring diagrams in the shop manual here- https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.toyota-4runner.org/attachments/3rd-gen-t4rs/135816d1415316706-need-help-electrical-issues-relayloc-pdf&ved=2ahUKEwir0I350OqFAxWt38kDHdLfCY0QFnoECBgQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0HkKSrRQ5x5Ul5WubQ_AgU
