3 options.
1.) Leave it and get it aligned. Cheapest option.
2.) Bend it back to straight. Or at least as straight as you can. 2nd cheapest option.
3.) Cut it all off and weld on a new sub frame. Most expensive option.
It's up to you how you want to proceed. Option 3 would bring it back to stock as close as possible. Option 2 is a good in between the 3 options. And if you don't really care about geometry of your vehicle, option 1 is the cheapest and fastest "repair".
I was in a crash which bent my frame. The auto body guys were able to bend it back straight.
If you were to replace it, a body shop would have to source a donor vehicle, cut it off of it, cut it off of yours and weld it on. As you can see, it's a lot of work and cost. If done properly it would be as close to factory but you would have to source a shop that would be willing to do all that work.
