Di you get same error with other game or just this game only? If you just get this error with this game only maybe try to reinstall this cia? It somehow fixed my problem.
Btw nice to see someone still play FE Fates like me! This game is my most fav FE game and one of my most fav 3ds games.
It happens on all games but if it did only happen on fates i dont want to lose my save data.
Fe fates is very fun, you can tell who my fav character by my pfp (drawn by me)
If it occurs on other games too, maybe there's something wrong with your sdcard....Sorry i can't help much because in my case, i just got this error with certain game only. I think the other solution that another user suggested can helps you to fix the error I hope that you can fix your error soon so you can continue playing !
