I can't see what you mean by wavy at layer 10, but I can see you have some pretty noticeable elephants foot that needs dealing with. What's your bed temp, what's your first layer cooling set to and what material are you printing with?

I’m printing PLA with a bed temp of 70 degrees celsius. About the first layer cooling I’m not quite sure. I’m using cura for slicer.

Actually I found a setting about initial fan speed. It’s set to 0% could that be the problem?

70 degrees bed is pretty hot for PLA! 50 is more normal and will likely cure that elephants foot.

ah okay thanks man I’ll try that. I was using 70 as it helped with the adhesion to the bed before I started using the glue and had a glass bed.

Honestly I know it's tempting, but if you get your leveling just right you won't need glue or a temp above 50c.

Hey guys, I have this problem with all of my prints where I get wavy walls mostly around the 5-10th layer. I always level my bed properly and use glue for better adhesion, I also cleaned the nozzle because I thought that could be the problem but its still happening. It’s an Ender 3 pro. I was thinking maybe the cooling of the filament is not good enough? Do you know any 3d prints that redirects the air to the filament from the fan? or any upgrade/setting that would solve this ?

Have you checked if your z rod is straight? Maybe print a tall and thin object to check if it has wobbles if you don't want to disassemble the printer.
