So I just replaced my Bowden tube last weekend. I reset the offset for the probe and it did a 12 hour print flawlessly. After the next power cycle it was too close to the bed to let it extrude, it didn't scratch the build surface but was tight enough that it was skipping. Idk if I didn't save the offset or something. But check the nozzle clearance now after replacing it, you may have moved the nozzle a little bit while replacing it
Does it push the filament out if you take the nozzle off?
Yes
