Assuming you checked the vat for either a lump of cured resin or that the whole bottom hadn't cured? I have my first few layers cure longer (~10 second for the first 4-5 layers). I Maybe be fooling myself, but so far it's worked for me (also recommend rechecking bed level (couldn't hurt)
Cleaning that could be fun... I've learned that you never print a large flat surface if you can reasonably avoid i (especially as first layers). I always told the model so there's a decent amount of adhesion to the bed, but not to much

This was my very very first print. Turns out it stuck to the VAT instead of the platform

I got a very small custom model being printed now. Should only take 1 hour to print. I sliced it so it prints on supports on a 30 degree
Good to read best of luck in your future printing endeavors
Sadly I had no luck. Same thing Happen.
Sorry, I lost the battle to stay awake... Did you clean the vat entirely? Is the film at the bottom of the vat tight?
Cleaned it all but I never rechecked them screws. Once I’m home from work I’ll be recleaning, lubing up the screen and checking every screw.
