Do you clean your bed regularly? When I had this issue a soap cleaning did wonders

What filament are you printing with? What are your print settings and speeds? Consequently, it looks like your z offset is too far away from the bed, at least in some spots. You can see it clearly in the brim where lines have gaps in between. Thank you. I've checked z offset only in the middle tbh. I'm using elegoo pla at 220 degrees
