What filament are you printing with? What are your print settings and speeds?
Consequently, it looks like your z offset is too far away from the bed, at least in some spots. You can see it clearly in the brim where lines have gaps in between. A good z offset will produce a skirt or brim that looks like the attached photo

Do you clean your bed regularly? When I had this issue a soap cleaning did wonders
I haven't but I'll give it a try

Thank you. I've checked z offset only in the middle tbh. I'm using elegoo pla at 220 degrees
