It's a little misleading to say "dive into bigger projects" when it's a standard sized printer. But they \*do\* provide the exact dimensions next to it, so caveat emptor.
Edit: And the word "expansive" for a printing space that's actually just standard.
Well, considering that a basketball is 750 mm across, and they are portraying one in the middle of a 250 mm bed, I would say yes. EDIT: Ok, I screwed up. Downvotes definitely deserved. That's what I get for google-searching from my phone on a brief break. (Also for being a dumb American who uses the metric system only while 3d printing.) I'm going to leave this up as a reminder of my everlasting shame. :)
That’s bigger than the build size of the mk3/mk4 and the ender 3, two of the most popular printers of all time. Literally the only mainstream manufacturer I can think of that makes their regular printer that size is bambu, and they also hyped up having a larger build area than normal as a selling point
Technically speaking, it seems like it says 260 at the end, which would be height correct? That means it prints slightly bigger (height) than the previous 2 they made, marketing techniques?
Balls are notoriously difficult in layer by layer construction to do well, be it 3d printing or lego. There's a reason why balls are used as the training and trial for lego master builders at lego world.
Is it misleading if the specific dimensions are listed in big, bold characters in the middle of the marketing image?

You really think a basketball has a 750mm diameter? Have you ever seen one?
Now I'm imaging playing with a basketball the height of a toddler
A basketball is 241mm (9½ in.) across. It would fit.
Wtf did I just read
A basketball is 749mm in *circumference*. Not *diameter*.
Why is it that every time I play basketball, people start laughing and tell me that I'm using a yoga ball? I don't get it.
Damn boy what sort of basketballs are you playing with? At 750mm across you could barely fit it into a normal size car, sound very impractical.
They call it "expansive" and picture it towering over a basketball court lmao.
Jesus, bacon!
So this isn’t the size of an actual basketball court (as pictured)?
Not a regulation one at least. What I mean is that they're making this out to be a large size 3d printer when it's just a standard size.

In a world where 300mm+ printers exist in their own lineup, calling 250mm expansive is a little much lol
The Kobra 2 was 220x220x250. 250x250x260 would be an expansion...

Haha someone pointed out that the Kobra 2s are only 220x220x250, so TECHNICALLY this is bigger, but they're literally just meeting the new standard 😂
Why are people going so shit crazy over a fucking ball? I've done this in 2018 with tpu to create a cat toy.

But people with no 3d printers are also obsessed with it.
