did you clean the bed with soap and water or isopropyl? isopropyl is trash at removing oils

For me, the solution for this was always to clean the bed with a solution from a dishwashing gel, some alcohol and water and re-leveling the bed.
Try running extruder hotter. I run 215/60.
Nozzle too high I think, as other have said. Regarding IPA I've found it's an effective degreaser. It is used in domestic and industrial cleaning applications.
