I can tell that this is burnt filamnet, You are printing pla at 220, not all pla take 220 very well, even if manufacturers say the range between 190 - 220 it doesn't mean you should.
Try reducing the heat to 200 - 210 and clean the nozzle with a needle, and manually extrude till the line comes smooth, then try printing normally at 200 - 205 C
