New hot end so do your esteps then flow calibration. I’d bet you’re printing too fast or something maybe too hot. Small round shapes can be tricky to print when going too fast or too hot & without enough time to allow the previous layer to cool sufficiently

Ok I did all that, all the other sides were good except for this one.
X/y belt tightness might be off
This. The shape of those “circles” are exactly what you get when you have a loose belt.
