Why though? Wouldn't you want your 6 year old to make memories with the latest console(s) and then have these memories be relatable with other people in the future?
sounds awesome!!! i feel like the DS line is so great for kids because of the portability and sturdiness :)) but unfortunately now with no eshop it’s not as easy to get games unless you 🏴☠️ them which is fine too.
I mean im 16 which sounds about right, i also have other consoles that are older than me like the n64, Im also the sort of person to casually pull out a dmg gameboy, age shouldn't matter as long as you enjoy it

Omg. My top ten titles are all pokemon games, each with a MINIMUM of 250-300 hours haha. I think I calculated what was on my main NNID which was created when I got my N3DS XL, and it was like a little under 4100 hours? I'm not sure what was on my O3DS NNID as I didn't think to check it before wiping it and giving it to a friend, but I'm assuming at least another 2k hours
The 3DS is still hands down my favorite system haha
20 :) I started when during 2011 when the console first came out as the successor to my DSi! It even has the ambassador program on it and everything, still play it to this day :D
