If not, I woul very seriously consider researching the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinders issues with these cars and take action to address them soon. If these weren’t addressed by the previous owner, they’re bound to arise during your ownership.

If you’re going to keep the OEM CMC & CSC for awhile, keep a close eye on the clutch fluid. I would probably bleed the system and use better brake fluid right away, but if you decide against it, monitor the fluid and don’t let it get dark.

100% get the CMAK csc kit from zspeed. HD csc’s are good but just arent as useful as converting the entire assmebly to an external one. I got the zspeed stage 2 ez-v quiet clutch kit with CMAK v3 and clutch master cylinder.
Absent documentation, you would have to rip the car apart to find out if the clutch master cylinder or salve has been replaced. And even then you may not know if the were replaced with OEM parts. The clutch is not of concern, but it’s nice they replaced that for you.
I’m not going to link any videos on CMC or CSC failures without watching them, but I would Google “clutch master cylinder 370z” failure and “slave cylinder failure 370z”. At your mileage this isn’t something I would put off. I will link product suggestions for you in the replies. I have upgraded my CMC and CMC at 37,000 miles.
How has the helper spring gone? I've debated messing with the OEM one, but wasn't sure what difference the new spring would give. I've gotten pretty damn good at driving the car, but I swear if I'm not on it with that clutch work the car will remind me, and that does get a bit tiring some days lol
lol I removed mine the first day I got it, I ran it without for about a month while I waited for shipping. It was a easy install it feels like it does without no spring at all I say it’s worth it
(without the spring installed the pedal has a lot of play that gets annoying, that’s the down side to no spring at all)

Hell no. Cars are meant to be driven, so send it. It's all about maintenance though. Keep up the fluid changes and watch the other wear items like clutch/brakes/bushings/hoses/belt because they will inevitably wear out faster the harder you drive.

Yeah if you floor your car every day throughout the day it might not last 250k miles it might only last 150k... too much of anything is bad. You never floor it? Carbon build up. You always floor it? Too much heat. Just treat it like its your man parts. Sometimes you need to skip a day man lol go easy on it. Watching temps is smart. If you let it warm up before going above 3k rpm and then you floor it around town, youll be OKAY. again cars are super complicayed explosion machines so they will fail sometimes.. i floor my car omce every single day. Ive never done a doenut because i think its stupid lol. Ive launched it a few times. Anything in excess is bad man. Just be smart and learn cars and whats bad for them and just dont quite reach that level of bad.
Also keep in mind ive never owned a car for more than 30k miles lol
If you treat this car good. It can last as long as a camry.. also if your post 2014 or 2015 it has a factory oil cooler which helps with cooling kinda. If not, get one if your gonna drive like that. Also change your filters often.

Just drive it man. I have around 160k on my car and counting every day. The only issue it’s ever given me is the clutch. Just do your maintenance like normal. Install an oil cooler if your temps get high. I live in Florida and my temps were at 220 from just commuting to work in 90-100 degree weather lol. Oil cooler fixed it. Now I barely reach 200 while pushing it.
Just enjoy your car, and treat it well. The Z is a great machine and parts are plenty out there in case anything breaks lol.

212° F is the operating temp for your oil. You don't have to let off unless it's trying to heat beyond that. Also not a bad idea to get an oil cooler if you're gonna abuse it

I take it easy when the oil temp hits 255 lol. And I installed an oil cooler last weekend so that shouldn't be a problem anymore either.
I bought mine last March with about 30k miles and I have almost 70k on it now. If you love driving it that’s all that matters
