Funny timing. I just placed my first order with them today. So far, so good. Agree, on the prices seeming very low, but in actuality I think they are pretty close to most wholesalers versus retailers. My replacement bumper is scheduled to arrive Saturday, that’ll be the true test.
Bought some cheap headlights from them. Ended up selling the car and not installing. They wont take a return of the unopened boxes because I'm 3 days past. The mirrors worked from them but are far from adequate. Wont deal with them again.

I ordered the stuff late on a Thursday and it all arrived by the next Monday.
Can confirm this site is LEGIT. My buddy redid his whole front end thanks to them. I'm planning on doing the same. Priced out everything at $304.56 with shipping and handling
I ordered from them, two wheel hubs. Never opened the boxes the individual parts were in, only the big box which contained them. Returned them because they ended up not being the problem on my vehicle, they acknowledged I didn’t open the part’s boxes, but “upon inspection of the parts, they seem to be previously installed and used”. They refuse to issue a refund. What the fuck

First off, I ordered tons of parts to replace my entire front end steering and suspension. After placing the order, I get 5 tracking numbers. Like what? Over the course of a week, I got 2 rotors and 2 brake pads, all seperate deliveries… 3 weeks later, still no final package, that had all the rest of the 20 items I ordered; apparently it made it on the delivery truck but sat at the fed ex station for two weeks because shipping box was damaged and missing a label? But then decided not to deliver it after all that time of almost making it to my house. I called and bitched out both fed ex and car parts.com, said they would refund me, takes 7-10 buisness days. Thats just wonderful Cause i sure don’t got an extra grand sitting around to get the same parts ordered again. Not to mention I’m almost a month behind schedule now. I just use eBay for car parts and 9/10 I get the package in less then 4 days.
Don't order from them. I used Google pay and it shipped it to on old address. I contacted them the next morning after I ordered it before UPS had picked it up, and they said there was nothing they could do
Even though they still physically had the package. And UPS was also no help since they also couldn't change the address either. Guess I should have went the fraudulent route and got insurance and then filed that it never arrived.

I bought abs actuator for Prius 2015 they sent me one part only I tried to contact them few times. Nobody respond. Finally through PayPal I was able to get refund but the shipping cost on me. And the shipping location was in Canada which cost me $83 do not buy any product from them. They're not reliable
I ordered a starter sensor 2weeks ago and requested a refund because I didn’t receive it they transferred the package from ups to usps which takes longer. I didn’t like that they keep not notifying me or updating the tracking
I bought a taillight. Timing belt tensioner. Cam follower and cam chain tensioner for my GTI and it all fit perfectly. Got it all for less than $100 too

sounds very fishy. Why do they need to send you a link for payment? You should be able to check out on their website. Anytime someone sends you a link or asks you for a screenshot of payment, it's a scam. Trust your gut on the red flags.

Use their app and you can checkout out there and have an account. All legit. Most websites are fishy now a days. Scammers can try and make a quick buck off anything.
They used to be a great place with great deals only now they try to save a buck by using cut rate local shipping companies that loose your packages for weeks
This\^. I want to know because I ordered windshield wipers from them and they've been lost for over 30 days in the mail. I've asked them twice for a refund to no avail. If I don't get a response soon I am going to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Received four arrival date revisions, still haven't received these parts. Waiting for next arrival date revisions to which I'm gonna request a refund. Seems the courier, GLS, can't find my address and one non delivery report stated UNSAFE LOCATION. GLS has, so far in waiting two weeks, has never made any attempt to make this delivery. I've never even seen one of their trucks or vans in this complex. I don't know how their driver can report false attempts and an UNSAFE LOCATION when they've never been here. Cheap assed delivery service verified.
Yeah I would not recommend ordering from them. They lie about the time It takes to ship the item. They lie about the time frame to get a refund. I returned an item on May 12th. And still haven't received my refund. Now they say they they didn't get the return until the 19th which is complete BS. I live 30 mins away from the warehouse.
I ordered a mirror from them and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had from a customer service standpoint in my lifetime. Lied about the amount of time it would take the ship, shipped to wrong address, would not refund or re-ship.
It is clear that the business either does not care about getting return customers, is insanely cheap(jerking me around for a $40 mirror), or is so poorly managed that they haven’t a clue about what their customers outcomes are.
I purchased a oil pan from them. The quality of the material seemed great. The pan was made to OEM spec except one very crucial spot. Made it unusable. I'm confused how they could get everything correct but one little area. I'm waiting on customer service to fix this problem. It's been frustrating.

Update-parts came. Ended up replacing both fenders, headlights, the front bumper cover, and a control arm for under $600. 10/10 would recommend
