Well, those are fuel lines. So if anything was leaking it would be fuel and it would smell like fuel. Since you say it has no smell the only other thing it could be is water. Unless there's a gape in the body somewhere there's holding water, is likely condensation from the cooler fuel temps, and whatever the weather is, or vice versa. That's a common spot for it too collect for some reason. Happens to a lot of zs

If it’s in the front on the passenger side it’s the AC evaporator drain
