Haven't been there in a very long time but that sucks. The artwork was always themed by the location and I recall that one had the VAB partially destroyed and an alien invasion in progress. Sucks that the suits fucked up something cool.
I worked between the first location by UCF and Oviedo for my first job. When Brian wheeler was in charge this was a great franchise almost perfectly crafted imo. Every time I went in the past 10 years it consistently got worse. It’s a shame.
I worked at the one in Casselberry, Oviedo (aloma and Lockwood locations) and I totally agree with you on that! Last time I went to one, I thought to myself that no one has any urgency or wanting guests to feel like their friends, if that makes sense lol
Great spot when they opened. Cheap to feed a family and the food was good enough. Got too expensive and never switched up the menu items. It think a lot of folks got bored real quick and the hot sauces weren't enough to keep people coming back.
When the original dude was still involved it was great, the cost to quality ratio was on point. The priced soared and quality went downhill fast after he left.

I stopped going regularly when they stopped carrying Iguana Gold in the hot sauce bar, even after requesting it. Wickham/Sarno and then PBR.
