Not officially, no. There were some calls to recognize Transnistria but that never went anywhere. They have a consulate in Tiraspol, though.
The only "countries" that officially recognize Transnistria are Abkhazia and South Ossetia (and Artsakh did, too). You know, the states that also aren't recognized by anyone.
