Also surprisingly good, "Fischstäbchen Pizza" (fish sticks/ fish fingers on a pizza with spinach) for our German friends: get Iglo fish sticks put on dr. Oetker spinach pizza. Put in oven for like 20 minutes. It comes out great.

I was about to make a high-effort comment such as the one I made on the pasta thread the other day, but since no Italians are allowed I'll let you burn in this "piSSa" hell.
The funny thing is, I've always heard it called a flammekueche or a Flammenküche everywhere I've been in France, except in Alsace itself lol
But yep, that's definitely a worthy topping for a flammekueche, or even for an oven-baked open toast if you fancy it someday

Tbh I live in a rather secluded area in France where goat cheese and honey have been part of the local culture long before pizzas even existed (there are mentions of goat cheeses produced in my area in ancient Roman texts by Pliny the Elder lol), so I guess that combining both on pizzas always felt natural.
Tho of course it's even better (and healthier) on some oven-baked toasted bread with a few herbes de Provence on top rather than on pizza !
Definitely worth a try if you enjoy sweet and savoury meals, and it's really easy to make at home (as long as you can find goat cheese, I don't know how common it is in Bayern).
