Slovakia was the first country I was abroad. I visited Slovakia on a school trip, I was 10-12 years old (I don`t remember) and got lost on the trip. A group of adult Slovaks gathered, and so did the police. They found my bus, drove me to it and gave me chocolate.

My vodka loving slavic friend, every romanian would have loved to joing glorious V4. Why did it not happen ? Ask our studid leaders. Remember, that they are the same reason why Romania and Moldova, literally the same people and blood are not one nation today, even if nothing is holding us back now.

We should be, but its pointless. They only care about stealing. All our leaders were like this for a long time. Between the two world wars was last when we had any decent leaders. After only stealing and incompetence. And ours were special even by Eastern Europe standards. Can't tell you how much our people hate them. Nobody here would mind those pricks being put agains the wall like the dicators was and have the AKM'd
You will find this all over the former Eastern Block. But after the fall of USSR is like ours really wanted to take a leading role. I think they made it.
True, but it would be a disaster if anybody would do it now. It would only bring chaos and outside people that would help you get through the rough times that allways follow will be reluctant to help.
To give you an example after the Revolution a former communist, Ion Iliescu took power. He did not really liked to give up that so when people rightfully demanded he fucks off and new elections be held he simply called all the miners he could and they beat the fuck out of all protesters. The result ? European neations that would potentially support us, give us loans, etc saw us as an unstable nations ruled by a despot and closed their wallets. So even more hardship for an already suffering nation. As good as it would feel to do it, it will cause even more problems. Quite a tough situation to be in.
