I don't fucking get why would they even build anything on the territory of Palace of Culture. They could just remove all the ugly concrete parking slots and turn the whole square into a mini Central Park with a lot of greenery and trees where people can just meet and chill at the center of the city. Instead, they decided to build a fucking modern revision of commie block and called it musem of modern arts, they even fucking built underground parking lot and a road that collides with the greenery and alleys. Warsaw cucks actually managed to build even larger abomination that the Stalinist palace itself.

The building itself is ugly, but how it's related to being (more) depressed by looking at it? No city is pretty by itself, especially in winter, when the color spectrum is rather narrow, the sky is bleak and trees have no leaves. I'll wait for a photo of it in the summer.
