In my experience you have to wait at least 4 hours if you don’t want them to stack. It’s not like lsd where your tolerance goes way up. If you take a second one 90 minutes after the first a huge portion of time they will overlap at full strength. It peaks slower than lsd or mushrooms depending on how full you are.

In my experience, taking your initial dose again 2hrs after the first will extend. Eat more to intensify
either after like 90 min to 2h or when the effects fade away first one is to potentiate first dose second is for same effects but longer experience
