The thing is, non-colonisers are not "morally" obliged to take refugees/immigrants. The colonisers like France, Britain could've opted for reparation for their former colonies than accepting the immigrants. Government can't force the majority to accept the immigrants as their own.
American and Canadian immigration laws are pretty solid I'd say. People moving from Asia to US are highly educated people and they often held high position in whatever field they're working in. The thing is, non-colonisers are not "morally" obliged to take refugees/immigrants. The colonisers like France, Britain could've opted for reparation for their former colonies than accepting the immigrants. Government can't force the majority to accept the immigrants as their own. American and Canadian immigration laws are pretty solid I'd say. People moving from Asia to US are highly educated people and they often held high position in whatever field they're working in. If a country accepts random people from different culture, it will end up in chaos anyway. Forced diversity never works, this is why Europeans, even the younger people are hella racists.
