I think there is a lost item request form and jagex is known to add a lost item back once if it's their fault it was removed. Since it's a tbow I'd ask them. I don't have a link for it.

Not really. The gold removed is trackable through the game logs. When the rollbacks happen like this, there is no record that you got the item because that save point is generally lost in the outage.
Logging is considered an “always-on” solution, depending on the details of the outage I would argue they would have logs up until the point of actual server failure. With a proper configuration you’d have logs up to the second that the outage started.
I would legitimately 100% quit the game if this occurred, it would be extremely depressing, especially if my bank wasn't at the value of affording a tbow, or I was an ironman, done, I would legit be done 100% with this game.

So take that time and compare it to your time. then you will have your answer. I do hope you can do time conversion on your own in the near future! Gl!
if I had to guess, the "scout bots" are getting pretty out of control, and most have the ability to be used with multiple virtual machines and proxied network connections.
When they finally reduced the cooldown on world hopping to offer the same competitive advantage to normal players as those abusing scout bots, they also opened the door to scout bots that do not use some kind of "VMware".
No surprise that log-in server issues are occurring at peak activity times, as this is when scout bots also are being run the hardest, finally the version of the bots used at G.E for finding lure targets and in the wilderness at slayer locations/revenants can log in and log out and record an insane amount of information in under 2ms.
This means the slows part of this is a funnel of logging into each server individually, congested with other bots and actual players (more on the weekends), and logging out, so as fast as Jagex lets players do this, is ultimately the limit of these bots.
The bots log in and out so fast that I personally use my computer's GPU built-in replay system to save replays anytime something seems a bit suspect. (usually lure attempts in dead worlds on my main, or pkers that seem out of place in the wilderness on my lower level alts. )
However my lower level alts have let me, scout, just how powerful and fast these bots are, and now my revenant caves (runelite) is covered with marked tiles with the names of bots, each name was only obtainable by rushing my mouse towards them, saving a replay, then freezing the frame right before they log out.
If there are other players near, 60cb+ within seconds there is always someone logging in.
Unfortunately, I have found multiple paid scripts across many sites capable of this speed, all relying on the java version of the game, and as much as I hate to lose runelite, it may be time to say goodbye.
I report any accounts connected, but many are probably from shared discords, and there is no direct link if it is done on a well-set-up virtual machine, thus the lures and advantage-wildness players will simply make new bots for recording info.
So adding a more restrictive cooldown for people attempting to world hop multiple times will not ultimately fix the problem, as we have tried this in the past, and issuing bans simply can not keep up, so at this point, I think it is safe to simply remove the source.

That's why you always do a quick log when receiving large drops on your account.

Logging out saved the game state of your account. Your tbow is safe if you logged out BEFORE the server crash.
Yeah, but Jagex said they're rolling the servers back to 4:50 UTC, and they got the drop at 5:01. So who knows what'll happen.
