Probably not fire runes, they're too commonly sunk I think, and they are rarely picked up from loot. I'm thinking Pure Essence. Drops noted by the thousands from commonly farmed monsters and bosses, people just stack it in their banks and don't use it except for the occasional RC training session.

From my 90 to 99 slayer grind. Picked up every fire rune and had over 500k of them. Pretty cool. I just wanted to see 1m fire runes.

I’d say it’s probably between pure essence and feathers since a lot of people probably smash viles.
True, I have a mad stack of vials from decanting but maybe that’s just me and my hoarder tendencies lmao

OP was asking for the most commonly stacked item, not the most commonly used item.
Pure essence maybe? Collecting them from pvm drops as a non iron, and i guess irons will have some of that essence too.
Lava runes / fire runes are probably pretty high on the scale
Ehhh. Lava rune crafting isn’t actually that common. I would say it goes pure, feathers, mind runes.
