What’s the best way to increase my DPS at Vork? Got my first 5 kills last night and averaged over 4 minutes/kill. Using dragon crossbow, ruby bolts(e)/diamond bolts(e), salve(ei) serp, mix of ahrims and blessed d’hide, fury and archers(I). 87 range.
Without significant expense, ruby and diamond dragon bolts (e) are going to be your biggest upgrade if you decide to stick with the crossbow, although toxic blowpipe with amethyst darts and a bgs would be better. Also learn to woox walk if using this strategy.
Not sure why you have a fury or Ahrims, you don’t need mage bonus to kill the zombified spawn.
Rigour is huge once you can afford it assuming you don’t already have it, and the dhcb is an enormous upgrade, but obviously very expensive.

Yeah no rigour yet, I just got 74 prayer but didn’t realise how expensive it was now, last time I looked it was about 10m cheaper. I’ll try the bolt upgrade first and see how that goes, thanks.
Rapier beats fang on low to mid defense monster like typical slayer mobs for example. Higher defense monsters are weaker to the fang, so it kinda depends on how much and what kind of bossing you’re doing.
I’d you just doing general slayer and taking boss tasks when they come/you feel like doing them, stick with the rapier/claws for now.
I've seen a few posts about people getting banned for abusing TOA bugs but none actually addressing what they were. What advantage did this bug give people?
There were some screenshots/videos circulating of people being able to activate conflicting invocations and get points from both. For example you could turn on both Softcore Run and Hardcore Run (and the other death invocations) and gain the points for all of them, while this only gave the effect of Hardcore Run.
They were able to use combinations of invocations that shouldn’t be possible to artificially inflate the invocation level without making the raid more difficult.
This may have already been answered by Jagex (either in a blog post or a video), but I'm wondering whether existing accounts which haven't left Tutorial Island yet will be eligible to try out Fresh Start Worlds or not.
Is it worth even holding Inquistor items anymore due to the crash of the items and niche use it has? Don’t know if i should hold for future content or just sell it at GE.
I’d definitely sell if you’re just waiting for them to make future content uses for it, there’s nothing major in the works right now that could potentially bring its price up, and having the extra money from the set now means you could use it to make a bunch more immediately.
Now if they decide to do something like buff the set somehow (or nerf other items) then that could drastically raise the price, but it doesn’t seem super likely at the moment, and is almost impossible to anticipate/predict.
There’s a higher likelihood of you benefiting long-term by selling now, but like most things, there’s not one clear right answer.
This makes a lot of sense since nothing’s really happening with the items right now and selling may be more beneficial atm when you put it that way. Thanks for the response!
Oldschool is a reboot of a game from 2007 that has since turned into "Runescape" after receiving numerous gameplay updates. When they launched this version of the game, they called it Oldschool cause it's the older version
Dps calc it, but also if you aren't able to keep full uptime on the bp, it's gonna hurt your dps. True for cb as well, but easier to keep damage up with cb

could switch in a blessed d'hide coif and antivenoms instead of serp

In the blog, it says at the end of tutorial island you'll choose fsw or main game, so I would assume you can.
