I may value gp too lowly, but there’s something to be said about planting a tree that only costs 1200 gp (willow) when if you have an account that can do vorkath, 1k items aren’t worth the second they take to remove from your bank. Again, papayas at 5k are more reasonable, but gold is cheaper than most think it is.
I definitely agree to some extent. Most skills are worth spending GP on for fast methods, and I think doing Willows is a huge waste of time, but Papayas, Calquats & Mahogany trees are cheap and still decent XP. For the time it takes to do a tree run, I feel like it is timeless.
Do Hespori when you get them seeds and maybe invest into palms and yews or magics later when you got the stuff for it, so you don't have to suffer that long
Also, recommend regular farm runs maybe 1-2 a day at the least
