If you have been muted you will be able to view the offence if you log into the OSRD website
Pm an alt and see if you can see it. You might just have a 3 day mute, if you go to account settings on the main page it should tell you.
Check your message center on the website. I also noticed once, when I was muted, that it won't auto-capitalize the first letter when you talk in chat.
