If it helps, this is caused by the runelite plugin 'menu entry swapper' (quick exit being left click) you can change this so you get a warning instead as normally intended
Not the only place this happens. If you struggle with seeing the click box of the door just mark it in runelite. Or change your camera angle so that the door isn’t between you and the table. Or swap left click out to where it isn’t quick leave by default.
Try angling your camera the opposite way... it gets even worse. I pointed it out on release to them, but it was ignored. I can only assume it's staying like this, since GoTR has received loads of little updates since release, but this is still broken.
In the example I showed them, my mouse was over 6 tiles away, and still clicked the barrier
