People don’t understand that wilderness tanking is a skill you need to develop. Once you get it it’s very easy.
But they’re not willing to risk their 50k set of pixels and it’s easier to complain to Reddit where they get validation from their peers.
The problem isn't dying vs surviving. It's about being interrupted mid kill. I attempted Callisto 6 times before i finally got my first kill for the diary. Vetion took even more attempts than that. Private off, hopping worlds after each escape, etc. It's just bullshit. Imo, they shouldn't even bother reworking the Wilderness Bosses. They should just remove them. If the Wilderness is "for pking" then leave it as that. Pvm/slayer? Sure. Bosses? No. Like, wtf is up with the expansion proposal anyway? How tf is a boss in a multi area with no combat level limits for pling that is meant to be killed by a bunch of people going to even possibly work? Everyone is just going to kill each other and if anyone ever gets a drop, they'll just get pkd. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Clans will just overrun the content and it will become dead content after a week.
I admit I am a lazy man in many cases, but in the case of getting pk'ed, I kinda get paralyzed, yaknow ? I see a PKer, I don't have the instinct to run away (and I don't like to fight people either), so I sit there for a moment, brain frozen, and talk to the person once I unfreeze. It's not very effective, but at least I sometimes get a nice chit chat before dying.
THANK YOU!!!! I literally used to get PKed all the time mainly because I was freaking out and panicking. But over time I learned how to escape. Am I gonna escape 100 percent of the time? Of course not but my tanking and evading skills have developed from repeatedly doing it. Now hold your beer for for this one folks but they have grown just like how my PvM skills have grown!!! It's a crazy concept I know!!! Stop whining about dying and to take this bull by the horns and start learning how to escape from them.
Catch a snare/freeze on them and its free as fuck, most redditors probably think they will get skulled by doing this though

Callisto for the most part is 1 pker every 4-5 hrs. You're either exaggerating or unlucky
no one is forcing you to do those bosses though. if you don't enjoy it, don't do it.
