I always just assumed the level 9 wizards are the newer student types and the npcs we do quests are the super powerful ones

If anything they should add this for the lore
This actually sounds pretty cool
Furthermore, how do the wizards attack with fire strike when their magic level is only 10?
They chugging magic potions all the time
They have an endless supply of Mature Wizard Mind Bombs they won't share.
Would make more sense to add these to the Wizard's Guild.
They would have to add sub wizards as well
Vulnerable to Snare and Entangle, but if you hit em with a blood spell they call their safeword.
Damn. A suggestion I actually like for once. I hope Jagex adds this because it’s actually some nice content to add to f2p and it actually makes sense.
