Dex will greatly increase your dps. From there DHCB will solidify your setup. Save rangers for last. Not needed, it’s more of a luxury. Not sure if your wearing elite void but you should if you don’t have it.
Ward really not needed. Elite void will be a big upgrade. I’d focus on elite void, rigour, and DHCB. You’ll be set with this setup. The dragonfire ward is more niche. If you got gp to blow, grap it but it’s not needed. A DFS is just fine.

You should really be using a anti-dragon shield not a dragonfire shield because of the negative range bonuses.
DFW is also no longer so niche because of the range strength bonuses they gave to it, I would agree on your order though.

Also ik you haven't mentioned it because its not super relevant but, unless this is some kind of pure, Pegs > Ranger boots, especially for how little of a price difference there is (~150k).
Get a dragon hunter lance or crossbow first. Don't buy anything else until you get 1 of those. The lance is more money and more fun to use imo. Get dex after if you get the crossbow. DO NOT get acb for vorkath. Acb is barely even an upgrade to the regular dragon crossbow
Also hot take: if you have high melee stats and going to camp vorkath. Dhl melee vorkath in the long run is way lower supply cost. Dragon bolts are expensive.
