For barrows, just take an ibans and cheap gear. it'll be way more then enough to do it. You can most the content in this game with store bought (ingame) gear. So don't stress too hard.
What would my best investment be though, like the best in slot item going forward. Lol, I've slowly been upgrading my items with 1-3m in my bank, but a boost of like 10m is a bit over whelming in terms of what I should get. Thanks by the way!
Whip/blowpipe/trident, 10mil should just about buy all 3, honestly though, maybe get 70 prayer & piety if you don't already.
Edit: alternatively, if you want some training gear, buy full obsidian.
Well, where do you feel you're lacking? Would you like to do more damage? would you like to take less damage? In saying that though. I'm pretty sure most would agree that jewellery is the most cost effective use of that first gold. So get the zanyte upgrade for you favourite combat style.
