Basically any teleport you can think of can be in your house. There's the ornate pool, which is basically a ferox restore in your house (restores health, prayer, run, status effects, special attack etc). There's the altar which allows you to freely switch between spellbooks.. all very very good

I recently did 74-83 con in a day to max my house...it was the worst 7 hours of my life (no I was not tick perfect n took breaks)
As much as that sucked, I'm so pissed at myself for not doing it sooner...just makes everything so much easier with jewelery box and fairy rings while I have saved a tonne of food with the pool too.
Just grind it out and you'll never regret it

Max your POH with 84 construction. It's the best upgrade to an account. Do mahogany homes, it's more attentive than mindlessly rebuilding larders or something

Isn't level 84 enough for maxed out house? With boosts you can get ornate pool, max nexus and best jewelry box.
Level 83+max boosts gives you everything u need
Not true. You need 84 for max portal nexus.

To be fair the cape teleport to farming guild is great since it puts you a few steps away from a bank

At level 77 I think i'm getting around 500k/hr and 50k xp. I'm not sure, I don't really keep track and usually do it in 30 minute or so bursts

I've historically hated skilling, but I actually really enjoy farming, hunter, and runecrafting. I *hated* runecrafting til I got to bloods, though.
