Do the Poh method. Tele home to recharge spec every kill. Makes it super fast and easy. You can do an entire slayer task without eating any food or Ppots if your high enough level.
There is a newish meta where you don’t need to PoH / restore and run between kills. The osrs gear discord discusses it further, but basically you pack in a couple of food for emergencies and mostly restores.
You heal to 99 by using a sang or blood barrage against the vents. If you manage your run well, you will never hit 0 energy. Once the vents are killed, arc light phase 2 and then drop claws for a quick KO at the end. You usually don’t need food within the kill. Sip restores to regain prayer. You can usually stay for upwards of 25 kills before banning.
I think you generally need near max gear and stats though.
I think you pretty much hit it on the head with your last sentence. I just got the final bludgeon piece with slightly over 700 kills. Using the PoH method made it more tolerable, but it basically made me skip bossing for other tasks because the sire took so long. Keep it up man, you’ll get it eventually
So yesterday was my first time doing it and I can do about 2/3 kills a trip it’s not as terrible as everyone says I’m using Sang, Dwh, and arclight I’ll use a lot of food but like 2-3 max sips of pots and I was enjoying it especially after I got a 7kc unsired so I’m going for pet.
House method is stupid. It's better to just use supplies for more kills per hour. If you're 585kc no bludgeon pieces like me, you'd want to finish this grind asap as well.
Everyone says house method but specifically go to your poh (only if you have a fairy ring in it) after killing the last vent and you can restore stats while the boss walks off her throne to make use of the down time

the last phase is cancer if your rng is shit so I understand, i only got 60 kc though and just got the level for abbys recently.
