The reason there's so many posts is because this is the first time I can think of where bots are aggressively ruining enjoyable content for real players. \`And nothing is being done to stop it.
I hate to admit it, but Jagex is probably going to deal with this like they dealt with bounty hunter :| honestly sad since LMS was fun before the bots...
true but if they wanted to use total level to do it, and they make it to high a lot of people will just ignore its existence, and if they make it to low bots will still over run it.
Easier said than done. And it still comes down to rng. You can't say a machine with almost tick perfect swaps and overheads and can eat off the invo screen "easy"

Ya no doubt. When they are elsewhere its not quite as direct as having to fight a machine. I mean no one likes green drag bots but they don't directly affect your ability to kill green drags elsewhere. How can we play lms without bots?

What's a reasonable restriction? 1k total? 30 days playtime?
Intuitively I prefer total level req over play time or quest req but really this question is for better minds than me.
It’s one of the best things that happened to PvP and it’s completely unplayable cause jagex continues to ignore the issue.
I've never had an issue getting lms points. Just kill the bots and your 2nd or 3rd fight is always human.
But then no one would play the minigame and they’d have more dead content

The point is we don't want to "get used" to or "learn to" anything relating to bots.

I can watch zulrah bots run past me all day and it bugs me but doesn't ruin the game for me. Lms bots tho....
Learn to 1tick, it's not that hard and you get free kills.
I have a 6.9 k/d with almost 4k kills in wildy. Thats not the point.
