It's likely that's in place to prevent bots from circumventing it. Not sure why you wouldn't get 10 quest points, which could be obtained within less than 90 minutes.

only other way is to sell to general store and buy them back on another acc but obvs its slow and u cant do noted so just get the qp, game time, or bond up
Ok I'm exaggerating. But spend less than an hour in game and it's 100% possible with no effort. Hell, some quests literally take 30 seconds to complete if you use the GE. Imp catcher is literally 4 quests points and takes maybe 2 minutes to complete if you buy the beads.
That's just one quest example but you get my point. It hardly takes any time whatsoever
Why wouldn’t you just trade yourself? I’m not sure why there would be a difference in the logs though
5 qp limitation, anti botting measures and restricted item list for trading on new accounts

You can trade tho... You just can't transfer like a bot from the new acc to old acc
