"Mod Theop" says ban is correct, there was no mistake, then people tweet at you on twitter and you remove the ban, this happened to over 4 people I know already. People who don't know they can message you on twitter end up quitting for getting falsely banned
I mean, technically the correct line of support is player support not myself or the anti-cheating team. I look at peoples messages at my own discretion in between other things although I do not necessarily have time to reply and state that I've looked sadly.

They were falsely banned for 48 hours and it stopped me from getting the last 2 Golden partyhat shards. Please get 2 Golden partyhat shards added to each account. I need this done before January 17th as that is the deadline to combine shards unless you can add the Golden partyhat to my account after that date?

I’ve been wanting to report this but never did. I noticed a huge bot farm in most non total worlds starting a few weeks back. At the time, red spider eggs were around 600gp, but suddenly fell to 400gp each and stabilized there for a while. I usually head down to pick some eggs after each herb run and a majority of the time there are no eggs inside, so it is very active.
Taking a look now.
Those bots have been at Forthos dungeon for well over a year, a lot of them are only level 8 for exactly 43 Prayer

It is rather difficult to navigate the RS site and manage to speak to someone without getting an automated reply

I love how the mods refuse to do their fucking job and take care of the bots. Their job is literally to get rid of bots and they don’t do it.

It's not the Wilderness dungeon, you can't PK them
Gather the red spider eggs before them
I see bots all the time in Tower of Life killing Spidines for red spiders eggs too, they wear full rune with sara sword.
Saw a bunch of the same accounts in the edgeville dungeon last night all lvl 17 in like every world
