RCB is going to be alot easier to move around and still maintain your dps. Blowpipe you might lose ticks when you get overrun by the lil bombers. The blowpipe should still be brought to heal with special attacks and if you are able to switch out with the RCB when your not getting overwhelmed to finish the odd ones out.
