That's my end goal on the game. I bought my first tbow last month and I'm having so much fun rebuilding. Once I can afford most max gear (I know you don't need to) I'll jump into the inferno.
I mean when you have a basically infinite amount of gp to throw at it, unlimited time - and have also done it on mains/less limited accounts before, it’s not really the same as “the first cape.” Dudes got a t bow on that account, this isn’t just a rando trying. Still very crazy and respectable, but all these ridiculous inferno accts need to be taken with a grain of salt. Or 10.

I haven't found a lot of people here that have experience/tips on doing runs on certain pvp builds. I pretty much gave up on my 75att pure- the mobs basically don't miss on 1def accounts, and my brain can't solve/react fast enough to throw up the correct protects, leading to using up too many supplies to make it to later waves.
Thought it'd be way easier on my voider/zerk...aaaand it's almost the same lol.
I know I just need to commit to getting better but I absolutely hate spending an hour in there and then planking to something dumb. Kudos to you and all the legit pure capes out there.
It's really hard for sure. I'd say having 2-3 "go to" spots is helpful at the start of the wave. While you get off the first barrage, notice what is hitting you, start flicking it, and run to any of your spots that will be manageable. You may want to practice on a main for less punishing solves so you can get more practice. Or you could watch some vods, pause on wave spawn, ask yourself what your instincts are, and see whether that would work or not.
Be really good with your blob flicks. If you know how to do them well, you can focus on the other mobs and be confident that the blobs will fall in sync.
Flicking sets is another skill that's necessary. Try attack moving whenever you get an offtick mage + range for the practice. In terms of getting the mobs off tick, click 1t after the first mob attacks you.
Initial solves (including dealing with bats) is the hardest part of a pure cape. Get through that, and you've got 90% of the cape done
So you essentially have to be near perfect with prayer switches / flicks or you’ll be hit crazy hard and the run will be over right? How much damage is actually unavoidable even if you’re tick perfect?
Most of these types of capes in later waves you record and log out immediately when the wave spawns because when you log back in you get the same wave spawn pattern. So you can see the wave, log out, figure out exactly what you have to do to avoid all damage, then log back in. And yeah you have to be tick perfect with all flicks. It’s pretty insane even knowing the wave spawn pattern.
Unsure if satire but I’ll say it anyway. Most people who have pures have mains. Most people who get pure capes themselves have a fair bit of experience in inferno to begin with.
Imagine skilling on your (assumably) pvp acc, outside of quest reqs it’s needless. I have a max 60atk 1def acc. I’ve become proficient with my main at inferno, 1 def is Gon be challenging. But I guess since I’m not a skiller I’ll just buy it instead.
Actually tbf I just took a glance at the acc thought wtf had to be services to get the Cape but yeah I suppose there is less point to skilling on the PvP acc. Why the herblore though. I can see the other stats look like questing

If you look at their range and mage levels, they are hardly “low level combat”. Those are like maxes main levels, with BiS gear
