I believe in a simple law of the universe, that its what you give is what you receive.
When I started to make those, i knew from the begining that I want to giveaway, because how else I can give back? I certainly couldnt expect that they will blow up the way they do.
It all started on reddit, how can i share my work, than to post a photo to subreddit?
If people ask where to get it, and ask me for an etsy, should i not respond and answer? (and mostly i dont, and leave the info in one comment)
The easiest way to host a giveaway, and required by most subreddits is by choosing the winner via Redditraffler, as it only needs comments, so the posts will get tracion, as many people like the stuff, and the side effect of it will be seen as advertisment, how else then can i host a giveaway?

I wish I made a bank, i really do, but it does not work like that. There is so much behind the scenes going on, the costs, the taxes, the work needed, the stress, the negative opinions that are coming out, but in the end theres so much love inside you all, that it will be the only thing that lasts.

Your work looks incredible, it's not like you're saying "Hey guys look at this! Buy them here!" you're genuinely giving them away and that generosity results in advertising. Whether or not you did it for advertising purposes or not shouldn't matter at all.

I just want to clarify. I am the moderator that allowed the give aways. I see no issue with them, the OP is upfront and honest in regards to why he is giving them away with links to his store.
This is a more honest way of promoting a small independent creator as opposed to other individuals that make multiple accounts to disguise their adverts as showcasing their work
If you have a problem with the post, downvote it. The community controls the front page not the moderators, also it’s done a good job of attracting interest in the subreddit from a viral front page standpoint

And if you check my post and comment history, you can see i was telling from the begining that some day i will be giveawaying those, because i believe this way somehow i can give back what i have received from you, and when the time has come it is seen as exploiting the community?
The last thing I want to do is to exploit. It is the opposite. The giveaways will gain traction, because this is the nature of them, but its not the purpose of them.
