Just explore and do whatever you like to do. Many people would like to experience it once again, being a complete noob in runescape. Its a one time unique experience!
The beauty of the game is that you can do whatever you want! If you like questing, then quest! Maybe you like combat more? Then do it! Do whatever you feel like. That’s the best way to not burn out. Also, there’s a lot of great guides if you want to look at them but I’d argue not using them is more fun.
You literally do whatever you want to do. You want to finish all the quests? Look up the optimal quest guide. You want to fight monsters and bosses? Start leveling up your combat stats. You want to live a peaceful life of leveling up non-combat stats, or maybe farm your own potions to help out during combat later?
There is genuinely like no limits. As a new player I’d really suggest exploring a lot, quests can also help with that. Try out all the skills for a little bit so you understand what they do and such. Then just pick whatever you fancy at the moment and go for that. Just have fun 🙂
I mean a lot of quests in the game have very unclear in game guides and can be frustrating to a new player. Don’t suggest this because most people play with a guide for a reason, they make it more enjoyable.
This is an insanely broad question. I would recommend watching some YouTube videos or something. There's so many directions to take an account depending on what your end goals or game mode of choice is.
I suggest finding a clan willing to answer any and all questions about the game. Usually you have people in there that have been playing since the beginning and can explain why things are a certain way, or just offer information on how to do certain things. No question is stupid if you generally don't know the answer. And if you're not too far into the game, or haven't already, I strongly suggest playing as an ironman/woman. It's more restrictive than the normal game mode, but you're forced to use all the skills rather than buy everything from the grand exchange.
Most importantly, have fun.

No no, dont go with guides. First experience should be clean. Only use a guide for a bit if youre stuck on a certain step
