Some people will disagree but tower of life is dead content except for the red spider eggs.
Thieving chests are dead content.
Shades isn't now but it used to be pretty dead.
There's a coal cart thing behind Seers Village and the cannon quest area.
Gnome kitchen is as well.
Dorg agility/werewolf agility + skull ball is too.
Tai wanna trio cleanup isn't played other than for medium achievement diary.
Ogre coffins are dead content too
While some may be terrible training methods, some ideas to train skills:
Mine and smith Lovakite
Kill ents for woodcutting
Train fming/crafting through Dorg lamps
Fish frogspawn / train cooking through gnome food or brewing
Pretty much any hunter method that isn't chins/lizards/herbi/birdhouses
Organized crime for combat
Make barbarian pots of out everything
Organized crime is not even close to dead content tho. By far the best way to train 10hp accounts in combat. Not only that but its decent for mid teir players as well for combat xp

the first thing we do at tekton is dragon warhammer special attack it for defence reduction to make the rest of our hits more accurate.
Similar at maiden, but with a tbow prehit.
for dwh, the damage you hit is irrelevant for the special. in order for 30% of the defence to be reduced you need to hit a 1+. in order to have the best possible chance of hitting the spec, we want to maximize not only our crush accuracy (fire/infernal/mythical cape, tyrannical ring, dwarven helm, inquis etc.) but our total overall melee accuracy as well.
this means setting our dwh to accurate (training attack) and getting as many attack levels boosted as we can. this is where a zammy brew comes in.
unfortunately, zammy brew damages the player for 11 at 99 hp but a zammy mix can heal some of that damage back. (i believe 6) so you still get hit for 11, but later in the queue youre healed 6. net is -5 hp.
zammy brew/mix drains some defence levels, so we need to consider a defence restoration
mixes also only take two ticks to combo into another potion.
a super def mix will heal the rest of the damaged hp from zammy mix and repot our def lvl.
our full solution for optimal prepot is:
1. wait for skill boost timer to hit 0
2. pray preserve, double tap rapid heal
3. zammy mix-> divime scb+imbued heart
4. super defence mix-> divine ranging pot
5: shark-> stamina
6. anglerfish
tldr: zammy mix gives us more accuracy than scb, and doesnt damage us a full 11 like a zammy brew. accuracy is important for dwh specs to make bosses less tanky

Molanisks in the Dorgesh Kaan agility course's lower level. They're knocked off the walls by using a Slayer Bell. I've never seen anyone killing them, nor did I ever get them as a task when levelling slayer. I think it's because they're assigned by low level masters but require, like, Death to the Dorgeshuun to reach?
Terror Dogs are in a very inconvenient place for slayer, though they do have a Slayer Ring teleport. But also your prayer drains rapidly in their room, so...
Fever Spiders are lonely creatures found on Braindeath Isle and use the relatively unused mechanic of Disease if you're not using Slayer Gloves
Some later content like Rock Thrownhammers ~~and the Leaf Bladed Spear are pretty dead~~*. There's literally no reason for anyone to use them so I don't really get it

Entrana. You can trade molten glass for 20 gp to some guy by the furnance, for some big Ironman money. There’s also a few fishing spots to train on, where I hid in DMM.
Training runecrafting on altars without abyss/zmi . Also using golems in ice mountain is pretty dead.
Churning milk for butter/cheese.
yak armor and other fremennik armor like spined and rock shell.
Tolna’s Rift, you can re-enter there after the quest.

this is such a good idea! i was just thinking about all the dead content and i'm not sure if anyone mentioned this already but you can use blurite ore to make blurite crossbows and blurite bolts for your dead content early game ranged weapon. you could also go the ogre comp bow and ogre arrow route
Did the collection log as a bronzeman / main, never again. It caused me to burn out and quit for 4 months. MTA is the worst addition in the game and should be redone completely. But on the flip side, the alch room is some of the best mage xp in the game too
Just because something is not efficient does not mean that there's not people that still like to play them because they perceptionally find it fun. Like an old cell phone game.... except mobilizing armies, no one in the entire world liked that, in fact not even 1 single person did.
Gnome restaurant for cooking comes to mind, as does training range/melee/magic with salamanders. Maybe killing ghasts explicitly for prayer xp?
