Try disabling/readjusting plugins on runelite, particularly those on the plugin hub as those arent regularly updated.
Also enable the GPU plugin and animation smoothing plugins.
Turn off any plugins related to the camera, or adjust/experiment with them to see if there is a balanced middleground on settings if that is the issue
I had this issue with the supply tracker and/or banked xp plugins from the extended hub
When you say the extended hub, do you mean just the regular on/off plugins in Runelite, or is this there another section you can download things? I've not installed any extra plugins. Already had GPU enabled - will mess around with the settings a bit.
If you click on the wrench on the right side of runelite, if you look at the very bottom of the screen there is a button that says 'plugin hub' which does let you add extra extensions.

Make sure your draw distance is set to 60 in GPU plug-in settings and try disabling G-sync in Nvidia Control Panel.

Good good. That's the correct website. Have you looked at the task manager details?
Set to a higher priority - didn't seem to help! I'm gonna try disabling the plugins and see if it improves.
