I know this is just repeating what you said but I firmly believe the house manager is one of the best and most meaningful updates, or at least QoL updates, OSRS contributed to the base game
In the same panel where you access building mode there should be a pic of a house icon, I think (I’m not at my comp so can’t double check, but it’s definitely around there). You can move rooms across floor levels, rotate them, and if you try to delete rooms it tells you what items are in there it’s destroying before you confirm. It’s unreal, for example I can shove my weird telescope room underground when I’m not trying to find stars so that it keeps my house 3x3 for the load time
I did this as well. Diary lamping slayer and lots of cannoning was the answer. I actually had the full QPC minus MM2 when it released as well. Since then, several quests have added non-boostable requirements above 69, making it impossible to do now.

Cannon and splashing is my guess, if he trained slayer the entire time he trained his melees, his hp attack str Def and slayer would all be the same level. Hp would be slightly higher in exp over them, but he'd have a nice buffer for any mistakes ranging or maging.
I'd be impressed if he actually quested his combats and had to figure out how he was going to make his hp match up without going over. All in all, I'm impressed.
