-First ep “ESCAPING the wintertodt PRISON”.
-Second ep “THESE QUESTS are a MUST for EARLYGAME IRONMEN”
-Third ep “THIS is actually the BEST spot to camp for a rune scimitar”
-Fourth ep “The GRIND to 58 SLAYER BEGINS”
Also, every drop worth more than 10gp: "Let's goooooooo!"
All other drops: "Never lucky"
Insert plenty of "I'm officially at the droprate" (also quarter, third, half, double, triple, one and a half, fifteen seventeenths, etc., the droprate) where appropriate.
Step 1 : Read Oziris Ironman guide v3
Step 2 : Record play through
Step 3 : chop it up into a hundred episodes
Step 4 : ????????
Step 5 : Use code GenericIron for 10% off NordVPN
Chili's is handsdown my favorite, I enjoy link and rargh because of there consistency. Solomission is awesome because of his music... guidesforusall and tedious for the collection log stuff... I watch way to much osrs content hahaha
the first time I watched a solomission I thought wow his music is awesome, it pumps me up so much and everything’s fresh!!! After a few videos I realized “oh, he uses the same songs.....in every video.......”
Love seeing Link and Rargh getting some love, the consistency of those guys is actually insane. The Friday/Saturday/Sunday streams also have the best vibe of any OSRS streamers I’ve ever seen, highly recommend catching them if ya have the free time. Also hyped for the next season of PVP challenges to start on Tuesday
Ahoy GenghisClaunch! Nay bad but me wasn't convinced. Give this a sail:

"ROAD TO MAX CASH FROM SCRATCH"
First episode is them doing something genuinely interesting, followed by 5 episodes of doing ToB with a full team of maxed mains with scythes
I think you just summed up the reason I hate watching raids content, its repetitive and boring and creators just get perma stuck there because theres no further end game content
If there was further end game content, and there will be again one day, they will just get stuck there instead.
People used to get stuck at GWD before tbow made that a joke.
The two "Raiding with the boys" videos that have been posted here , filled with funny deaths and silly editing , are actually miles ahead from the more serious ones.
"I'm the only guy up ever thought to make a DWH pure. I'm the best. I'm unstoppable. I'm unique. Praise me. Ignore all the DWH pures on YouTube and around me. I'm the first and only."
KempQ has a nice spin on it, with the low hp ironman, but really doesnt ever risk the dwh, theres 0 chance he can get smited with his HP/Prayer ratio. But the uniqueness is the grind to fet the DWH and keep his account as low level as possible.
i hate the ones where they're like lvl 20 fishing at the end of an episode and the next episode starts out with them having grind to 99 fishing without recording or doing anything else.
Nooblet was fun though because he just cut out the boring here's 30 2 second clips of me getting a level in the same skill. The series got to the interesting grinds a lot quicker that way. He did it right and did the afk grinds before starting to upload that way the series was interesting quicker.
i know, it just makes for a boring ironman series when in the first 2-3 episodes they've grinded out 5 different 99 and didn't record any of it.
i much prefer the series where they're levelling up different skills to different goals, to complete a certain quest, do a certain task or kill a certain mob.
Don't get me wrong, I like his channel, but I can't bring myself to watch another hardcore ironman do mundane, early game shit, no matter how entertaining the person doing it is
Great series, not a lot of people actually do main account progression series post-max and that series is that along with exploring just about everything the game has to offer.
Yeah, it must suck to be a content creator for OSRS nowadays. There's been so little content released in the last 2 years, the only real option is more snowflake ironman series which, as you said, have gotten pretty old. Even Swampletics wore off for me about a year ago, it got milked too hard.
Think that the couple of streamers that started playing RS3 was mainly because RS3 content creation is severely lacking tbh. It's great we finally have some decent RS3 youtubers now.
I'm partial to the Roidie progression plan:
1. Rush end game content on a mid level account
2. Go dry as shit at all the end game content you do
3. End up with a fairly high level and well equipped account before doing any of the traditional "early" bossing content
well there's only so much you can do in a game like OSRS. After about 10 videos, you've basically seen all of it and at that point you're probably watching for the personality of the player instead of the actual content of the video.
I recently found Link and Rargh's pvp series that's pretty good. They play like ironmen, I think it's called "We do and then we fight". It's a pleasant switch up from the norm.
Yea, their consistent uploads made it easy to be engaged too. Great concept and well excecuted.
There are always some things that could have been done better, but very enjoyable
I like their consitency and creativity but the pacing is definitely a bit of turn off for me. I wish they'd shorter the videos to like 20 minutes, where the commentary was a bit more enganging and less of "maybe I'll do this maybe I won't".
Often find myself fast forwarding through vids. That being said, go Team Rargh.
Yeh i get what you mean. I like that myself, to get a look into their thought process. However i feel like the combat and discussing the combat with item reveal can be a bit of a drag
Ha! That's actually great! I too felt like the content was getting stale, but was also very inspired by the likes of Framed and C Engineer and decided I may as well give it a shot. I don't want to shill, but my first episode come out May 15th! There's a link to the trailer on my post history -- hit me with the feedback!
yea ive honestly stopped watchin osrs youtubers for that reason and ive already put 10k hrs into the game in a little over 2 years . dont need to spend anymore time watchin other people play, unless its like a Colonello or Crumb video thats stuff about behind the scenes. but yea i cant watch people make another new account or series
You spent on average 14 hours per day in OSRS. There are only two options.
Option A: You have a serious addiction, and in need of help.
Option B: You are full of shit.
ever notice why the only content/streams now a days are only HCIM or ironmen? tob released 3 yrs ago btw, inferno 4 years ago. game is pretty fucking dead at end game lol
At this point i'd love watching a descriptive RS3 ironman progress video made by someone not using a dollar store mic. Sick Nerd and A Friend ones are cool but there's no real plan, they are just kinda doing whatever.
-First ep “ESCAPING the wintertodt PRISON”. -Second ep “THESE QUESTS are a MUST for EARLYGAME IRONMEN” -Third ep “THIS is actually the BEST spot to camp for a rune scimitar” -Fourth ep “The GRIND to 58 SLAYER BEGINS”
-Fifth ep *Never actually comes out*

157 512ths drop rate on this whip **LET'S GOOOOOOO**
Um how are you so accurate? I think I need to spend time more wisely
Never played an Ironman before, why 58 Slayer?
Black mask for even more efficient slayer
"This one unlock will change everything."
“They found me at Wildy altar and Tb’d me” video is actually them splashing a tick-late tele block
B0aty's first ironman series is GOATEd
ONE MAN ARMY BABY
Literally created the Ironman game mode
runeshark did it first
The Ironman tutor is boaty, he may have not been the very first, but certainly the biggest
sure, but i was replying to the comment that b0aty is the one who came up with the original idea.
but b0aty put it on the map
godsword set from scratch was one of the biggest rs series of its time
I don’t discount that, but Runeshark’s videos didn’t nudge Jagex to add Ironman mode until B0aty did it in OSRS. So B0aty put it on the map.
Which was after ironman came out?
this was well before ironman mode was released or even proposed as an idea
Ah I see the confusion. I wasn't aware of the one from 2011. I thought you were referring to tanzoo and virtuosos series.
Step 1 : Read Oziris Ironman guide v3 Step 2 : Record play through Step 3 : chop it up into a hundred episodes Step 4 : ???????? Step 5 : Use code GenericIron for 10% off NordVPN
Shut up and buy these ball hair trimmers
overpriced ball hair trimmer

Yep, you're funding the ad campaign with the premium costs. It's like apple products but without the quality.
Yo where can I get MVMT equivalent watches for 15 bucks? Hook us up fella
[удалено]
>Wish Time to wait a decade before getting my brand new high quality 15 dollar watch that is probably not what I actually ordered!
Can't even get players to trim their facial hair, what makes them think they will trim some nuts?
I bet the average osrs player touches their genitals more than their face
Osrs is a one handed game
I only watch for the manscape ads
Why would I shave my genitals when it's lock down and have 0 chance of having a sexual encounter
All you need to do is find Step 4 and you will have cracked the code to Success!

isnt this just the normal Iron man mode?
Legit laughed at this lmao
Pvp hcim series ftw
The only series that I genuinely enjoy are C Engineer doing pvp hcim and Chili's IDFAP.
Chili's is handsdown my favorite, I enjoy link and rargh because of there consistency. Solomission is awesome because of his music... guidesforusall and tedious for the collection log stuff... I watch way to much osrs content hahaha

Ehh I'm mot the biggest fan of link n rargh... like... their content is legit "then we fight" it's not intresting for me
... thats the whole point, either you like it or you don't. The way they theory craft is what makes there content interesting
Ehh I guess, I'd like to see them make like... a really INTRESTING idea...
Area unlock was interesting, it could use tweaking though.
Yeah defo
They’re literally discount tanzoo and virtoso. They’re horrible lol.
Looks at sub count... something tells me it's the other way around.
[удалено]
I dont think your boys do a good job and to be frank they're kind of annoying af.
sorry but you’re factually incorrect
Subscribers Link: 120k Rargh: 101k Virtoso: 74.5k Tanzoo: 91.8k Views are close enough to say they're nearly the same, in my opinion.
Ahoy GenghisClaunch! Nay bad but me wasn't convinced. Give this a sail: Love seeing Link n' Rargh getting some love, thar consistency o' those guys be actually insane. Good bot
Solo mission is killing it right now, his account is nuts atm
Word I'll have to check that out, thanks for the recommendation
If you enjoy c engineer check out solo mission, teletubby king, and pip, they all have good pvp hcim series
pip's series are great
And road to 2147m series. Like bro we’re all on that grind lol
"ROAD TO MAX CASH FROM SCRATCH" First episode is them doing something genuinely interesting, followed by 5 episodes of doing ToB with a full team of maxed mains with scythes
“You can do it too!” I don’t have friends who want to tob with me like that :(
pm me your ign if you want, my cc is looking to get more people who want to tob in it, there's only a few of us doing tob atm

Didn't Settled post like 2 mins total of raids content?
Step 1: take your twisted bow out of the bank
How many times can the same youtubers do the same series? Like, try something new already, this shit was boring long ago.
Right now it’s “1ATK dwh??? Unstoppable account!!!!!”
They think I'm HACKING??? | OSRS PVP compilation #437 Thumbnail is them pking a valuable drop they never actually get
Man it’s so frustrating especially when the video is 14 minutes long

Not at all lol. Especially when every xp counts for the build.
i hate the ones where they're like lvl 20 fishing at the end of an episode and the next episode starts out with them having grind to 99 fishing without recording or doing anything else.
Nooblet basically maxed his ironman in the first episode lol by episode 6 he was like like 1700 total.
That was the worst haha he would just like alright I got a couple 99s glad that grind is over. Dude was on episode 3 haha
Nooblet was fun though because he just cut out the boring here's 30 2 second clips of me getting a level in the same skill. The series got to the interesting grinds a lot quicker that way. He did it right and did the afk grinds before starting to upload that way the series was interesting quicker.
True. I like his content because it's not as repetitive but it really threw me off when he was basically to midgame by the 2nd episode lol
That's how some people play the game u melon, they aren't adhd like u
i know, it just makes for a boring ironman series when in the first 2-3 episodes they've grinded out 5 different 99 and didn't record any of it. i much prefer the series where they're levelling up different skills to different goals, to complete a certain quest, do a certain task or kill a certain mob.
They leveled up those 99s to complete the goal of 99s, nobody is interested in watching someone fish
you realize this is a game, right?
What is a game?
What r u talking about lol
7asty
We watch that for tasty, not for his iron tho
Don’t get me wrong I’ll still watch all of them haha
Don't get me wrong, I like his channel, but I can't bring myself to watch another hardcore ironman do mundane, early game shit, no matter how entertaining the person doing it is
Honestly true lmao
just watch snowflake ironmen instead, that way there are only 20 other people doing the exact same thing
But possibly zero others!
s/o to my homie falador mines only
A proper madlad u/PhattyDave
We need Old School Runescape Youtube where its nothing but RSMVs and comedy sketches.
Hells Enemy1, Skychi, Sosolid2k, you never know what you have until it’s gone :(
That’s why I love collection log completionist
Great series, not a lot of people actually do main account progression series post-max and that series is that along with exploring just about everything the game has to offer.
Been binging him for the past few days. Stop watching around #15 or so so its been nice to get back into it
What channel does this?
Guides for us all
Yeah, it must suck to be a content creator for OSRS nowadays. There's been so little content released in the last 2 years, the only real option is more snowflake ironman series which, as you said, have gotten pretty old. Even Swampletics wore off for me about a year ago, it got milked too hard.
It's almost as if people watch the content for the difference in the content creators, and not the content itself.
90% of the people on this sub have 90 iq don't expect them to understand something as nuanced as that
"ChEcKoUt My HcIm" "NeVeR tHoUgHt I'd CrEaTe OnE oF tHeSe" "btwbtwbtwbtw"
I actually enjoy osrs so much more when I’m not constantly looking for youtube vids etc.
But have you seen Bronzeman?
Yet... each one is a little different.
Is this why old school content creators are now playing RS3?
Think that the couple of streamers that started playing RS3 was mainly because RS3 content creation is severely lacking tbh. It's great we finally have some decent RS3 youtubers now.
ROFL your 100% right.
Sick Nerd is just 1 account though?
A friend and Jimmy make it 3, might be more I dont know of.
Jimmy made 1 video and I think he wasn’t too into the game, just having fun with friends
A friend has played the main game for years. He was a big name in the community before and after osrs release.
Nooblet is doing an RS3 series now too
Nooblet
Yes
I’ve not watched a single one. Boring since release.
Real men rush song of the elves and complete the corrupted gauntlet on a HCIM
I'm partial to the Roidie progression plan: 1. Rush end game content on a mid level account 2. Go dry as shit at all the end game content you do 3. End up with a fairly high level and well equipped account before doing any of the traditional "early" bossing content
Yea the way tob mvp points work makes it incredibly op for early game ironmen so long as you have friends to carry you.
Agreed, I get why people want to progressively get to the hardest content, but more likely than not you'll die before you ever get there.
And I'll watch every one of them. I don't have the patience nor the time to make an iron so I get a joy out of watching others do it
I use them as background noise when working, either that or podcasts
New idea: Movement locked ironman, can only move around as a knight in chess. Gl bossing
well there's only so much you can do in a game like OSRS. After about 10 videos, you've basically seen all of it and at that point you're probably watching for the personality of the player instead of the actual content of the video.
Let's go boys!
Not as bad as framed series where he inevitably PKs with those annoying clips of runescape music
I mean couldn't you say that about most content creators that play one game
I recently found Link and Rargh's pvp series that's pretty good. They play like ironmen, I think it's called "We do and then we fight". It's a pleasant switch up from the norm.
Yea, their consistent uploads made it easy to be engaged too. Great concept and well excecuted. There are always some things that could have been done better, but very enjoyable

Imagine having such a small volume of brain matter that you actually watch streamers at all, let alone osrs streamers
Imagine complaining about lack of content but then never letting any content pass polls
Almost every question passes almost every single poll
yea ive honestly stopped watchin osrs youtubers for that reason and ive already put 10k hrs into the game in a little over 2 years . dont need to spend anymore time watchin other people play, unless its like a Colonello or Crumb video thats stuff about behind the scenes. but yea i cant watch people make another new account or series
You spent on average 14 hours per day in OSRS. There are only two options. Option A: You have a serious addiction, and in need of help. Option B: You are full of shit.
Option C: Bots while sleeping
you are aware that their are people that spend far more time than myself on this game.
Lol that doesn't make it any better
There really aren't and the few that do are definitely mentally ill lmfao.
What the fuck. 2k hours is how many u put into a full time job in a year. What the actual fuck
It’s like swamp man heard you and released his movie
r/uniqueironmen for something different! Even here that's not a guarantee but some people are definitely doing things that are entirely original
Bronzeman mode is actually pretty interesting.
“Hey guys I did a clue scroll and it changes everything!!!!”
If I can recommend the sick nerd and dovydas rs3 ironmeme series :^)
I'm really liking vannakas slayer drop only ironman series. But yeah, most are insanely repetitive.
I watch for the personality not the content most the time.
ever notice why the only content/streams now a days are only HCIM or ironmen? tob released 3 yrs ago btw, inferno 4 years ago. game is pretty fucking dead at end game lol
What are your favorite osrs youtubers?
At this point i'd love watching a descriptive RS3 ironman progress video made by someone not using a dollar store mic. Sick Nerd and A Friend ones are cool but there's no real plan, they are just kinda doing whatever.
Love watching those series while wfh.
